Looks like the list of employers suing Ms Shecantbeserious over the birth control convenience item mandate has grown a little longer:
"Westminster Theological Seminary announced today that it has initiated litigation against several federal governmental agencies ... The lawsuit challenges certain regulations enacted under the [ObamaTax] requiring Westminster to provide health insurance to its employees to cover drugs designed to induce abortions."
One can't help but wonder, of course, when all of these will finally filter up to the Supreme Court, and whether or not the Nine Robed Ones will find a way to tie them all together in one giant, writhing decision.
(Hint: it's a tax)
